    Ironclads (Inglés)

The IRONCLADS is a tactical level, simultaneous movement, game of ship-to-ship combat in the American Civil War. Players move one or more of over 130 counters that represent individual ships over a large (42" x 27-1/2") four pieceqeomorphlc mapboard as they attempt to outmaneuver and out-shoot their opponents. 45 ship specification cards give such vital information as the number, size, location and play of individual guns that are fired separately using specific range and penetration tables for each weapon.

  • Second World War at Sea: Bismarck,...

In May 1941, the newly-commissioned German battleship Bismarck set out for the North Atlantic in company with the cruiser Prinz Eugen on a commerce-raiding mission. She captured no merchant ships, but sank a British battle cruiser and was herself destroyed in a hail of shells and torpedoes. For a brief moment she captured the world’s imagination, and now you can re-play her mission – and many others – in the Playbook edition of Second World War at Sea: Bismarck.

  • Sealion Deluxe Edition (Inglés)

Operation Sealion (Unternehmen Seelöwe) was Nazi Germany’s code name for the plan for an invasion of England during the Battle of Britain. Historically, the Royal Air Force successfully defended England and precluded the invasion, but it was a close call. Events and military choices might have driven the RAF from southern English skies and permitted the invasion to be carried out. Sealion is a two-player wargame simulating a hypothetical German invasion of England in September of 1940. The British have lost the aerial Battle over Britain. However, the RAF has not been completely vanquished, and the Royal Navy’s Home Fleet can still present a credible threat to the German landings and supply lines in the English Channel.

  • Replacement Countersheet 2023

We are happy to announce today that we have created a "2023 Replacement Countersheet" that includes all of the counter updates that we and the designers know of as errata for games from 2022 and several from 2023. Tony and I have discussed how best to get these counters to any of you who want them and we have decided to let you basically "opt in" to getting them so we know exactly who wants them. So we're setting it up like a P500 item - except that it's already approved to print. We just need to know how many of you want the item.

  • Under the Southern Cross: The South...

Napoleon’s invasions of Portugal and Spain fractured Royalist sovereignty over both nations’ Empires in the New World. Patriots across the continent were quick to seize on the opportunity and as the second decade of the 19th century opened, independence movements sprang up all over the Americas. While the names of Bolivar, San Martin, and Belgrano may be familiar, the role of naval and riverine forces in the various Wars of Independence and the ensuing conflicts between the new American republics has been largely overlooked. Until now.

  • Second World War at Sea: South Pacific...

The U.S. Navy began its counter-offensive against the Japanese in August 1942, with landings on the islands of Guadalcanal in the Solomon Islands. The Japanese struck back in turn, and fierce naval battles raged in “Ironbottom Sound” by night while aircraft carriers dueled by day. The Americans and their Australian allies steadily fought their way up the Solomons chain until the Japanese base at Rabaul was finally isolated in June 1943.

  • The Struggle Against Japan, 1941 - 1945 -...

In 1985, Victory Games published Pacific War. Reviewers at the time (for example, Fred Hellferich in his Fire and Movement review) felt this design set the standard for an operational/ strategic simulation of this globe spanning conflict. Over the last 35 years this game’s reputation has grown, with several failed efforts to get it back into print. Now that this design has finally come home (to GMT Games), I am here to tell you that this is the end of that publishing journey.

  • South China Sea (Inglés)

South China Sea(SCS) provides an integrated political-military simulation of near futurecontention and conflict around the South China Sea. Players take on the roles of China, theUnited States, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam. They simulate current politicaltensions through card play and structured negotiation keyed to real world events in an effort to"move the needle" to their side. Unfortunately, the cards with the greatest chance of movingthat needle, such as Chinese Coast Guard and U.S. Freedom of Navigation Exercise, are alsomost likely to trigger armed conflict. If and when that happens, play transitions to traditionalhex-and-counter format on a map scaled at 45 nautical miles (nmi) per hex and turns of 3-7hours.

  • Second World War at Sea: Midway Deluxe...

On the morning of 4 June 1942, fifteen TBD-1 Devastator bombers of Torpedo Squadron Eight took off from the USS Hornet to attack the Japanese carrier force operating off Midway Island. All fifteen of them were shot down as they pressed their attack, yet not a single pilot veered away. While Japanese fighters slaughtered the low-flying torpedo planes, American dive bombers passed overhead and began their screaming dives onto the Japanese carriers, sinking three of them and dooming the Japanese Empire. The sacrifice had not been in vain.

  • Fury at Midway (Inglés)

    Fury at Midway

Originally published in Japanese by Bonsai Game as “Midway: Turning the Tide in the Pacific”. Changes in this Revolution Games version include making it a two map game, one for each player, which makes for an increased degree of hidden information regarding air strikes, damage, and combat air patrol. Four additional event cards were added to better cover the range of historical events of the battle. Anti-aircraft fire was reduced and rules for hitting the wrong carrier force were introduced. The map areas were expanded a hex row and the counter art was redone as well as many other small changes.

  • Keyflower (Multi-idioma)

Keyflower is a game for two to six players played over four rounds. Each round represents a season: spring, summer, autumn, and finally winter. Each player starts the game with a "home" tile and an initial team of eight workers, each of which is colored red, yellow, or blue. Workers of matching colors are used by the players to bid for tiles to add to their villages. Matching workers may alternatively be used to generate resources, skills and additional workers, not only from the player's own tiles, but also from the tiles in the other players' villages and from the new tiles being auctioned.
