The game simulates the brief campaign fought by the Sardinian army against the Austrian Empire in 1849.

Several changes compared to the previous edition: bigger map and counters; artillery can bombard, hidden movement, alternative strategic setup and much more.

Main game - 2 standard maps, 2 counter sets (figure and Nato style, so players can choose), medium difficulty, 6-8 hours for the campaign, 4 scenarios, 2 variations...

The game allows you to simulate the first ten months of the military campaign in Italy during WW2, from the landing in Salerno (September ’43) to the liberation of Rome (June ’44).
